Started Weight Watchers

So last week I started Weight Watchers. From when I stopped the HCG diet, I have gained back 10 pounds. I am ok with it, just as long as I don't go over. I have been keeping track of my points, but don't seem to have a handle of not going over my points. I did loose 2lbs. but gained it back the same week. This is the 2nd week and I am not doing better with the points. I have been walking more, so I am proud of that. The weekend before Thanksgiving, I am going up to Moab with my mom and going to do the turkey trot, 5k with her and Christa and some other wonderful ladies. I have a month to train, so that is what I am working on now. I am loving this weather to walk in. Tonight I had my music playing and the cool wind a blowing. LOVE IT!!!
I thought I better update on the weight loss challenge. Now for me to get more serious on keeping to my points and not going over. I need to find something to motivate me or scare me not to go over my points. Wish me more luck!!!

I know when I started weight watchers I was so afraid of going over my points that at 8pm is when I would realize I needed 3 more points. I would either end up eating crap, or skip my points. Neither one helping to lose my weight. Good Luck!
