part 2 of Moab trip!

When we got to Moab, Verle took us on the slick rock trails. His uncle owns a business called Moab Cowboy Country offroad Adventure. I am terrified, to say the least, of heights. I tell my kids, that you have to try things just once to see if you like it or not, whether it's food or other stuff. Tessa didn't want to go, but I told her she needed to try it. Tessa ended up loving it and I had fun, but there were times I was scared. Here are some pictures of our slick rock experience.

This is a view of some the road we went on. I didn't take any of the scary parts, I was kind of holding on for dear life and cussing at Verle.

This is just one of the spectacular views from our slick rock trip...

We also got to see some dinosaur tracks... I think it's just amazing to see them.... Then we got to go across a natural bridge called Gemini Bridge. That was pretty cool. We also went looking for a cannery. We didn't find it, but we found lots of pretty flowers and cool looking rocks and sticks... On our way home we stopped at a spot called Wall Rock. It had petroglyphs right by the side of the road. That is also awesome....
