Hiking with Brandi and her family

The other week, my friend invited me and my kids to go hiking with her and her family. I thought, the kids would like it and it wouldn't be that hard since there will be little kids with us. Unknown to me, it was a 2 mile hike up the mountain and then another 2 miles down the mountain. The kids did GREAT!!! It wasn't that bad. I did have to carry Jackson down the mountain some of way, while carrying Millie. If we had a little more time to spend at the end, it would have been better and not so rushed feeling. Thanks Brandi for inviting us...



Millie did an awesome job. She stayed awake for the whole time...

Tessa went ahead of us with the other big kids... the only thing was, she had all our water!

Jackson did AMAZING!!! I only had to carry him for some of the way down...

I was surprised at how well Kaylie did... she can usually find something to complain about, but she didn't...

On our way back, there was another hiker. He pointed out this arch... We were busy looking at our feet to look up... I am glad he pointed it out...
