Day 37

.8lbs was what it said on my scale this morning. So I lost a total of 28.2lbs on the 500 calorie diet. I will be at my goal in 3.2 lbs. It's not my goal weight, but what I wanted to at least loose on this diet.
Today was my first day of the 1000 calories. I was so excited and ate like a queen. I can now mix veggies and have a lot more variety of fruit. They said the maintenance period is the most important, so I am sticking to it. I did the 500 calories and shots for more then the 1000 calorie will last.
I should still loose weight but not every day. We will see!!!
