Day 38

So after a full day of being on the 1000 calories, I gained .4lbs.... Not surprising... I just can't go above 2lbs my last weigh in on the 500 calorie... It's hard to see my weight go up, but luckily it's only going up very little. If I do go over 2lbs. I don't get to eat till dinner time and only have a steak and an apple. I have to drink LOTS of water to suppress my hunger, so I am hoping with all my hope, that I don't get over 2lbs.
I do have a lot of questions about how to eat on the 1000 calories, like do I have to eat on a schedule, do I have to eat just fruits for my snacks and just veggies for my meals, do I have to eat the full 7oz. of veggies in one sitting or can I break it up. Have you ever measured 7oz. of veggies, it is a lot. I can do the 7oz. in a salad, but having the every day for 3 weeks, can get very old. So there are some of my questions and lets hope I can get them answered soon. I just don't want to mess anything up, since I have come this far.
