Day 39

Ok, so I know I gained just like .2 lbs, but I can't remember. They said it will take like a week to get stabilized in weight. I did find the answers to my questions and I am very happy with the answers. I can't remember the order I put the questions in on the last blog, but here is what I found out. I don't have to eat at certain times, I can have veggies and fruits at the same time and I can break up the amounts, just as long as I stick to the 1000 calories, no sugars or carbs... I can do this. This morning I had 1 cup of watermelon and 1 cup of cantaloupes, 1 egg white and 1 full egg with 1 oz. of cheese. For lunch I had a salad with mixed greens, spinach, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, and olives, with the no fat, calories or sugar dressing. I snacked on some more juicy watermelon from Costco, then for dinner I only had a 7 oz. grilled chicken breast. I had to go tutor tonight and by the time I got home and fixed the chicken, it was pretty late, so I decided that would be all I ate.
I do have to plan out my meals for the day, so I don't go over my calories. I know it will also help if I make and measure out a couple of meals, so if I need to run somewhere, I can take some snackage along....
Now that I got my questions answered, I know I can finish this diet without a hitch. I am one happy girl and not a hungry hippo:)
